Deposits, payment deadlines, cancellation charges, amendments, refunds, and our responsibilities to you are set out in full in our Booking Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You are responsible for checking names, dates, pickup details, passport information, dietary needs, medical considerations, and travel documents before confirmation.
Your quote will confirm what is included, what is excluded, and any supplier conditions specific to your trip.

Travel always carries some risk. You are responsible for suitable travel insurance, health advice, visas, passports, and personal belongings.
We work carefully with local partners, but we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
